Teaching Finnish language as L1 at Secondary level.
This is a part-time job with approx. 17 lessons per week.
Äidinkieli ja kirjallisuus - oppiaineen opettaminen yläkoulussa ja lukiossa. Osa-aikatyö (n. 17 tuntia/viikko).
Our requirements for this position
MA degree;
Qualified teacher status or equivalent qualifications;
Excellent skills in Finnish (C2) and fluent in English - speaking at least one other European Union language is considered an advantage;
Passionate to work as a teacher, whose focus is to support pupils' development;
Work experience in international or intercultural education;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Willing to be part of a team and contribute to the school development.
