Working with colleagues to identify support needs;
Organising support courses and groups;
Providing support lessons based on pupilsĀ“ individual needs;
Implementing positive behavior strategies;
Compiling individual learning plans;
Writing referrals for educational testing;
Participating in the admissions process of students with support needs;
Reviewing and coordinating the implementation of the support policy.
Have excellent skills in the English language (at least C1)
Have MA in Primary Education or Special Education
Have prior experience working with students with support needs
Are passionate about helping all pupils reach their potential
Are a dedicated, organised and empathetic team player
