Director of Tallinn European School

As a director you can
contribute to the development and promotion of international education in Estonia;
realize your dreams at a professional level and enjoy the excellence of your team;
participate in the cooperation of affiliated groups of the school, inspectors of European Schools and other European Schools;
use acquired management competencies in the pedagogical, administrative and financial fields;
promote and coordinate the educational field of the school;
use your language skills in the school´s main working languages (English and French/German).
We are waiting for you to apply if you
want to commit to school management, which ensures the school´s development;
are ready to present your vision of an innovative and collaborative school;
have excellent cooperation skills;
base your work and personal development on the competence model of the education manager;
have a master´s degree or equivalent qualification;
have management competence and experience;
speak at least two foreign languages that are part of the three working languages of the European Schools, i.e in addition to English, French or German, one of them at least C1 level; the level C1 in Estonian is a requirement;
have knowledge of the principles and functioning of the European Schools system.
