What will you be doing?
As a Quality Specialist your main responsibility is to ensure that the products being produced meet the required quality standards.
When issues arise, you will need to work with production teams and
suppliers to identify the root cause and come up with solutions.
Conduct training for production
staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Secure product measurements and process
performance analysis, measurement programs preparation and coordination/execution, as well as
measurement equipment calibration organization.
You will be participating in LEAN related
development projects in the factory.
In this position you will be part of Quality Department and will report to the Quality Manager.
The position is frequently collaborating with customers, suppliers, production and NPI projects. You’re also working in matrix with Meconet Group quality function, and with Meconet Vantaa factory.

Bachelor's degree or professional education
Customer oriented and collaborating attitude, and willingness to operate with international
contacts
Organized and structured working methods
Ability to structure and prioritize personal and team tasks
Good spoken and written English skills due to internal and external communication
Medium (B2) proficiency in Estonian and Russian
LEAN-thinking, continuous improvement attitude and knowledge of problem-solving tools
