What you will be doing?
As an Eleport HR manager, you will play a key role in helping to build a team of A-players that really make things happen.
HR Manager will be responsible for:
Hiring top sales and IT talents
Create materials and systems for onboarding
Hiring needs - make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions
Coach managers to become excellent leaders
Proactively work with management
Work with leadership on building culture
Provide support to management including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling in collaboration

You are the perfect fit for our team, if you have:
Strong generalist HR experience, preferably from a multi-site environment
3+ years experience in an HR Business or equivalent role
A strong track record of working in an international environment
Mastery of telephone and physical interview techniques
Prior experience in leading a team
Knowledge of sourcing methods via different channels
Proven track record of positively influencing teams
An ability to influence change, put ideas into practice, and assess results
