About the role in Skyways Technics, Denmark

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for any auditing according to regulatory requirements within EASA, FAA, and other CAA Part 145 legislation in Skyways’ maintenance facilities in Denmark:  carry out internal audits according to audit plan and surveillance, carry out external/desktop audits as required.

  • Manage relationships with authorities and customers as required in relation to regulatory matters

  • Support internal quality & safety requests, questions, and customer questionnaires.

  • Draft and review company manuals

  • Securing quality and safety files under company control

  • Implementation and optimization of internal standards and streamlining of processes and procedures

  • Create and implement additional quality standards for the maintenance organization in Denmark, along with the management team

  • Verify that all Part-145 staff has initial and recurrent training complied. if not, highlight to the training manager to conduct, etc actions

  • Support/issue Company Rating Certificates as required.

Requirements for the position

  • Be fluent in both written and oral English.

  • Microsoft Office literacy.

  • Tertiary education (or equivalent) in an aviation-related field.

  • 3 years of working experience in Part-145 maintenance organization.

  • Experience in quality control/quality assurance activities.

  • Knowledge of aviation legislation (FAA, EASA, CAAM, etc.) and ISO 9001 standards.

  • Completion of a lead auditor course in the area of Part 145.
