Skyways Technics is launching its new structure repair facility in Debrecen, Hungary. We are looking for Senior Composite Technician with strong experience in complex aircraft structure repair that will be part of day-to-day operations in our composite shop, with a focus on all kinds of composite structure components in need of elaborate repair schemes. The Senior Composite Technician reports to the Composite Shop Supervisor.

About the role of Senior composite technician in Skyways Technics at Debrecen, Hungary
Prepare complex structure components for inspection and perform their assessment (radomes, flight controls, nacelle/cowls, fairings, transparencies, etc
Prepare a full assesment of components and provide a clear view of defects to be rectified and proposed repair scheme to the Skyways Technical services team
Perform composite repairs involving: the use of all types of composite materials; fabrication of partial or full moulds; the use of hot bonders and autoclave curing; the Radio Frequency testing of radomes after repair; the use of specific OEM-designed test benches (radome shell replacement tool, flap tool, flight controls balancing tool)
Make sure to maintain appropriate quality standards in the repair performed and the repair environment at all times
Accomplishing assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures and approved technical data
Reassembly and testing of the aircraft component
Be assessed as certifying staff and maintain a high level of quality throughout the whole process
Observing and practicing appropriate safety precautions
Requirements for the position
Working knowledge of written and oral English.
Microsoft Office literacy
Minimum 10 years of working experience in Part-145 maintenance organization in the field of aircraft composite structure repair (composite)
Knowledge of aviation part-145 regulations (FAA, EASA, CAA UK, etc.)
