Karma Ventures is looking for an Office Manager to join our small team and help us coordinate and manage the needs of a growing team and newly opened office.

Karma Ventures is an investment firm supporting early-stage deep tech software start-ups across Europe. The company is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. With our new 100M EUR fund, we are continuing to partner with some of Europe’s most promising start-ups and entrepreneurs and supporting them in their journeys. We are a team of 7 and growing, representing three nationalities and possessing a wealth of tech and investing experience.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • High level of Estonian and English language proficiency (B2 or above in both)

  • Proficiency in most basic tools e.g. Word, Excel, Gmail etc

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • Any event and community management capabilities would be highly appreciated

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

  • Kindness, humility, openness to learn and positive attitude are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • First and foremost – creating a great atmosphere for everyone in the office, including yourself; not to mention, for our partners and visitors, whom we welcome in our offices as often as possible.

  • Enabling the team to perform at their best while taking care of all supporting tasks around the office and beyond, including planning and arranging office supplies, equipment and services as well as administration of travel and events.

     

  • Ensuring that the office is operating smoothly, all requisite policies, processes and procedures are in place, and problems get solved as they arise.

     

  • At the moment, we are unsure if this is a full-time or part time role, but we are happy to consider both!
