About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Engage with our existing customers, facilitate meetings and workshops to map out new requirements needed and -

    make that happen.

  • Engage with our existing customers, listen to their concerns and worry points, find out what needs fixing and amending, and again - make that happen.

  • Have a proactive mindset and propose enhancements to improve customer experience.

  • Be hands-on and do some configuration and testing yourself as well.

  • Analyse, scope, groom, estimate, describe tasks, replicate errors, work together with developers and QAs – this is part of our everyday work, and we love it! 

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, IT project manager or similar role.

  • Knowledge of the architecture of IT systems and the ability to assess and analyse their individual components.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.

  • Proactive approach and excellent time management, decision making and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience with Jira and other similar tools.

  • Previous experience in insurance is beneficial, but not necessary.
