About the role👩💻👨💻
We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Tallinn office.
You will join our Customer Delivery department to deliver projects for our existing customers. You will help them in implementing our hybrid solutions and technologies, but focus mainly on the Cetegra High Performance Desktop.
You will take over projects from our Customer Onboarding department but may do some changes in deliveries. With the establishment of departments with specific focus in 2018, implementations require an average of 1200 hours and 12 engineers, compared to 4000 hours and 40 engineers in 2016.
Requirements📋
We appreciate open-minded individuals who are eager to learn and solve problems. However, some things will help you succeed:
Good understanding of Windows environment.
Experience with M365, Exchange.
Experience with operating or delivery to larger IT environments.
Operations or project delivery experience.
Fundamentals level certifications.
We will give you extra points if you have experience with:
Azure and/or AWS
Citrix
Kubernetes
Powershell or other scripting language
MS SQL
Security
ITIL
