As an Apple iPro, you will be working in one of Riga’s leading consumer electronics stores, becoming a very important link between Apple’s future customers and Apple’s products. You will be responsible for the performance by delivering exceptional customer service, giving product demonstrations, and making sure all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are current and maintained. The role's purpose is to grow the Apple product and add-on business in the store.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Serve Apple customers in the store according to the best Apple customer experience practices. Always maintain an excellent knowledge of Apple products and services.

  • Educate and develop staff members to advocate the features and benefits of Apple’s products and services. Ensure store staff is well briefed and trained on new Apple products and promotions.

  • Develop a strong working relationship, teamwork, and sense of mutual respect with the store manager and members of the virtual team.

  • Meet the sales targets set for the store and in most cases overperform these targets, ensuring individual and store results growth. (Supervising and securing stock, tracking sales and promos, and sharing insights weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis with the Retail team to boost store sales performance).

  • Maintain the highest appearance quality of the store’s Apple exposition.

  • People management experience would be a great advantage.

  • Strong sense of integrity, honesty, and accountability.

  • Ability to deliver engaging small group or individual training.

  • Strong interest in technology.

  • Very good Latvian and English language skills.

  • University degree welcomed.

  • Flexibility. Your working hours will include evenings and weekends.
