B2B Business Development Manager is responsible for implementing AVAD Baltic’s strategy and ensuring profitable growth of Apple products within Latvian B2B market. The role is responsible for managing relationships with key B2B partners, developing mutual growth strategy and implementing tactical activities to drive ambitious sales targets. This will require to possess both abilities to influence and collaborate and perform thorough analysis.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • ·Deliver revenue growth and profitability targets by collaborating and negotiating with the partners to build and execute sales demand generation plans and programmes;

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers; 

  • Make sales forecasts, track sales progress and manage inventories, making sure the partners have the correct order backlog in place; 

  • Run and own weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with tier1 partners and key accounts; 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction; 

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs; 

  • Strategize B2B&B2G sales pipeline: to identify key areas to focus on and to prioritize tasks required to achieve organizational goals. Have a timely forecast and reporting; 

  • Engage major B2B&B2G accounts directly in implementing Apple technology and promote adoption of the technology: to promote adoption of Apple technology together with channel partner or on own initiative; 

  • Manage events, briefings and workshops: cooperate with channel partners and Sales Engineer to execute events to large and small groups. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • 3-5 years of proven successful experience in account management, sales or marketing;

  • University diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing or Economics;

  • Understanding of service sectors (preferably B2B&B2G) and Apple products would be an advantage;

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced demanding environment;

     

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights; 

  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, products, services and solutions –  highly desirable; 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Confidence in dealing with senior management level;

  • Fluent in English and Latvian both oral and written, advantage - fluent in Russian.
