Job summary

Currently we are looking for an active and proactive Field Sales Manager/FITBIT ambassador (for 1 year employment contract) who has a passion for inspiring in-store sales people to provide premium customer experience and making sure in-store expositions of the brand are in the best shape possible.

As a Field Sales Manager/ FITBIT ambassador you will be on a mission to develop two key components of FITBIT‘s in-store customer experience: customer service and product exposition.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • ·Regularly visit shopping centers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia;

    ·

  • Conduct in-store and online training on world-known brand – FITBIT and its products;

  • Maintain and develop business relations with the staff of the store and product managers to seek FITBIT sales performance improvement;

  • Take care of the installations of brand advertising materials and stands, their maintenance in the shopping areas;

  • Implement initiatives to improve product descriptions for partners in their e-shops;

    ·

  • Provide feedback and reports to Your team on the Baltic shopping areas (from FITBIT product placement perspective) about changes You made and initiatives You implemented.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • ·At least 1 year experience in sales / brand representation field (would be a great advantage);

  • Excellent communication and time planning skills;

  • Good public speaking and presentation skills;

  • Ability to deliver engaging small group or individual trainings;

    ·       Understanding of in-store merchandising processes (would be a great advantage);

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English;

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment;

  • Driver‘s license.
