Our Supply Department mission is to ensure Apple product availability and provide transportation services for our customers in Baltics.

As Sales Support Specialist You will be responsible for daily communication with customers, sales teams, product managers and our warehouse team. You will make sure all questions related to product orders and deliveries will be solved fast, timely, and efficient. Also part of Your job will be Apple accessories stock management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage daily order releases with sales teams and customers

  • Manage customer credits with finance team

  • Manage customer orders with warehouse stock management of Apple accessories, order placement

  • Prepare and present biweekly/quarterly reports, supportive information to sales teams/management

  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and provide escalations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superb MS Excel skills

  • Higher education

  • Working experience in procurement/supply/sales support field will be a great advantage

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Good knowledge of English (both verbal and written)

    YOUR SALARY:

    Starting from 1300 Eur net per month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
